At TEAL, we take pride in our team and the hard work that they do. To recognize the amazing accomplishments of our staff, each quarter we give out awards to employees who have gone above and beyond for the company. We are proud to announce this quarter’s award winners who have been selected for their dedication to their work.
Brandon Jones – The Jedi Award
The Jedi Award is for someone who has shown outstanding leadership skills.
Brandon has done a fantastic job working to unite the BDR team to ensure workflows and processes run smoothly. He’s been involved in training, assisting his team members, and evaluating and implementing new strategies to improve workflows – all outside of his day-to-day duties! Plus, he’s crushed his own quota, contributing to the growth of the company.
Elizabeth Alexandrov – The People’s Choice Award
The people’s Choice award recognizes this person’s commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
Elizabeth truly hit the ground running on her first day. She’s partnered with multiple teams on a variety of projects. She brings a positive and supportive attitude to the team, and we appreciate everything she has done to create a strong and more collaborative company culture!
Alejandro Blanco – The Moon & Back Award
The Moon & Back award is for someone who goes above and beyond for our customers’ needs.
Alejandro is the definition of a self-motivated, go-getter! He goes out of his way to ensure that the clients understand how our product works and has a unique ability to be an engineer with a sales technique.
Algimantas Ligeikis – The Pioneer Award
The Pioneer award is for someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit.
Algi is self-motivated and always looking to solve challenging problems. The Teal team thanks him for his efforts in creating a more reliable platform for our customers.
